A Health and Wellness Educator with over 35 years of experience helping women become their best selves through body awareness, nutrition, and spiritual insight. I offer engaging education through hands-on sessions, interactive talks, and real conversations-designed for women, their daughters, and their partners. Whether in small groups or larger settings, my goal is simple: to make wellness relatable, empowering, and lasting.
